OMHA & PSHT Continue Partnership for 2011-12!
We are delighted to be continuing our player and coach development partnership with Orleans Minor Hockey. Working in conjunction with their coach mentoring committee we will continue delivering development services for players and coaches for the 2011-12 season.

RMHA Extending Player Development!
The Russell Minor Hockey Association has significantly increased their committment to and investment in player development for the 2011-12 season and are continuing to partner with PSHT for the delivery of the program.

PSHT Students Drafted
Three former PSHT students were drafted in the CCHL 2011 Priority Selection Draft May 14. Congratulations to Jason Wilson, selectred by the Ottawa Jr. Senators, Jeremy Xatruch, selected by the Cumberland Jr. Grads and Nathan Avery, selected by the Smith Falls Bears.

SKILLS ACADEMY

The primary focus of our Skill Academy is the development of individual skills, with emphasis on developing the player's ability to execute skills at speed with confidence. The program provides advanced instruction in puck control, passing and shooting in an on-ice environment that is fast paced and challenging. Instruction makes use of a wide variety of small area and full ice activities, and effective grouping to ensure that time on task and repetitions are being maximized.
Our goal is to ensure that participants are learning and developing through doing.
